A Loving Spouse

On behalf of the family, I stand here today with a heart full of gratitude and grief as we remember Audrey Barrett. Born in 1935 in a time that shaped a generation of hardworking, compassionate individuals, Audrey lived every year with intention and love.

Audrey was the kind of person who made the ordinary feel extraordinary. A walk, a meal, a simple conversation — all became something special when Audrey was there. They brought humor in dark times, steadiness in moments of uncertainty, and unconditional love in all seasons of life.

We do not say goodbye today — we say thank you. Thank you, Audrey Barrett, for every sacrifice, every word of encouragement, and every moment of love. Columbus, OH will not be the same without you, but we carry your light with us wherever we go.
