We gather today not to mourn, but to celebrate — to celebrate the remarkable life of Charlotte Monroe. From their earliest years to their final days, Charlotte lived with a purpose that was unmistakable: to love and be loved in return.

Charlotte was born in 1948 and spent a lifetime building a legacy of goodness. In El Paso, TX and beyond, their name was synonymous with integrity, warmth, and unwavering support for those they called family and friends. A devoted soul, Charlotte found joy in the simplest moments — shared meals, quiet conversations, and the company of those they treasured most.

We are all richer for having known Charlotte Monroe. May the love they gave so freely continue to guide us, and may they rest in the eternal peace they so richly deserve.
